Virtual Meetings

While our club is meeting virutally please take note of the information below regarding our meeting features, process and other instructions.

Security Features & Process:

  1. Password provided via separate email will be required and should not be posted or shared publicly
    • Once the password is entered, you’ll be placed in a waiting room
    • Please update your account name so hosts can identify who you are and admit you to the meetingThink of this like scanning in with your badge at the welcome table.
    • Be patient and, if possible, sign in 15-20 min early so we can get everyone into the room prior to 8am.
  2. Everyone will be muted with their camera/video off upon entry
    • You won't be able to unmute yourself
    • You can decide whether to turn your camera on or off
  3. All sharing (screen or file transfer) will be disabled
  4. Chat will only be enabled to communicate with everyone or a host
  5. Phone-in audio only users will not be admitted as name verification isn't possible

Visiting Rotarians & Guests

Visiting Rotarians are always welcome - please email for further instructions no later than 5PM on the Tuesday prior to any weekly meeting.

Guests are traditionally invited by a current Rotarian - if you'd like to learn more about Rotary please click here.

Rotarians - if you have a guest you'd like to inivte, send an email to for further instructions no later than 5PM on the Tuesday prior to the meeting. For the guest to gain admittance we'll need their information prior to Wednesday morning so last minute guests will likely not be admitted.
